Refunds and Returns for Customized Orders: Please note that due to the personalized nature of our custom-made products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these orders. This policy applies to any changes made to the standard product specifications to meet your specific requirements, including size, design, and color.

Shipping for Custom Orders: Please be aware that the shipping timeline for customized orders is subject to the designer's assessment. Customers will be promptly informed of the estimated shipping time frame before finalizing their custom order.
